The Dental Startup Access Day is a one-day, in-person educational experience focused on the real decisions that determine whether a startup struggles or thrives.

This is not a large conference or lecture-based CE event. Attendance is intentionally limited to create a collaborative, hands-on environment where you can ask real questions, work through real scenarios, and leave with a clearer roadmap for your practice.

She began her career as an associate in private practice, later transitioning into corporate dentistry where she became a leader in developing and training new graduates. In that role, she helped young dentists grow not only in their clinical skill sets, but also in the leadership and communication abilities essential for thriving in today’s dental landscape.

practices from concept to launch, each achieving strong operational foundations and sustainable growth.
